- Why don’t I see M4A or FLAC as an option?
- M4A, OGG and FLAC export rely on an encoder built into the browser, and not every browser has one (Firefox has no AAC encoder, for example). MP3 and WAV work in every browser; for M4A, try the latest Chrome or Edge.
- Are my files uploaded to your server?
- No. Conversion runs in your browser; the files never leave your device.
- How many files can I convert? Is there a limit?
- There is no file limit — add as many as you like. With lots of long files, speed depends on your computer.
- Will converting to WAV make it sound clearer?
- No. Converting only changes the format, never the original quality. An MP3 turned into WAV gets much bigger but sounds the same.
- Is it free? Do I need an account?

- Can I convert the sound from a video?
