No. Fades are applied in your browser; the file never leaves your device.
What’s the difference between linear, exponential and logarithmic?
They set the pace of the volume change: linear changes evenly, while exponential and logarithmic start slow and speed up, or start fast and slow down. Preview each and keep the one that sounds smoothest.
Can I add only a fade out?
Yes. The start and end are set separately — drag only the end triangle and you get just a fade out.
Can I fade a video too?
This tool is audio only. For video fades, use TutuCut.
