FAQ

Should I pick 50 Hz or 60 Hz?
Usually you do not need to; it is detected automatically. For reference: North America uses 60 Hz, while the UK, Europe, most of Asia and Australia use 50 Hz. If unsure, listen to both.
There is still a hiss after processing. Why?
Hiss is broadband noise, not hum, so a notch filter cannot remove it. Run the recording through noise reduction as well.
Is my recording uploaded?
No. Processing happens in your browser; the file never leaves your device.
